Here are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping  & Return Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed 4-7 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery in this case. We will contact you by phone or email if the delay is longer than expected.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 1-7 business days after final order confirmation.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Keep an eye out for your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours.

 

International Shipping Policy

International shipping rates vary based on location and shipping timeframe. Please bear with us and allow for at least 30 days.

Returns

Not satisfied? Received defective products? You can return or exchange your merchandise by mail.

Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Be sure to return the products with the original receipt/packing slip, along with all the original packaging.
